COVID-19 RESOURCE CENTER

Posted On in

TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:

The COVID-19 pandemic is presenting everyone with challenges never before experienced. As front line workers, particularly pro drivers, continue to diligently support America in these trying times, 24/7 Travel Stores is dedicated to providing a safe and convenient experience for its guests across the I-70 and I-135 corridors throughout Kansas.

The Department of Homeland Security has labeled truck stops as “essential critical infrastructure”, as such we are open, operational and maintaining normal hours. To safely accomplish this, we are following all Federal and State health official guidelines and have implemented several of our own policies.

We have three objectives during this time:

SAFETY

Keep our Team members and valued guests safe and healthy

STABILITY

Keep all 100+ 24/7 Team members employed, our team is our priority

SERVICE

Keep a top notch 24/7 operation, true to our name

To all of the professional drivers, health care workers, first responders, and others who are essential to keep our country moving forward, we’ll be here for you

SAFETY & SANITATION EFFORTS:

Providing a clean and friendly environment have always been core values at 24/7 Travel Stores. In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are following CDC, KDHE, and State guidelines and have enacted our own strict practices to help prevent the spread of the disease.

  • Frequently disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces in the store and at the pumps
  • Implemented barriers and practices to meet social distancing guidelines
  • Team members are required to check their temperature before each shift
  • Team members are required to stay home if they are exhibiting symptoms
  • Team members are encouraged to wear gloves and wash hands as often as possible
  • We are requesting customers not bring outside drink containers in for refills
  • We are requesting customers hold their items for purchase during check-out
    • Our Team members will scan items through the clear barrier
  • We are requesting customers pay with card, if able, to minimize cash handling
    • We will continue to accept cash
  • We are requesting customers maintain 6 feet of social distancing while in the store

FRESH COFFEE & FOUNTAIN DRINKS:

Self-service of fountain drinks and fresh coffee has been re-opened at all of our locations! We are still prohibiting refills as part of our sanitation efforts, so please use a new disposable cup and leave outside drink containers in your vehicle. All fountain & coffee sizes are only 99c!
